a). Introduction
In the vacation rental industry, when there is a gap between how a property appears in photos and how it feels in person, it often leads to low review ratings. Because I have been involved with many vacation rental properties and actively operate them myself, I see firsthand every day which details affect guest satisfaction.

What matters is not making a room appear larger, brighter, or cleaner than it really is. What matters is naturally conveying the room’s charm and functionality. Misunderstandings or small disappointments that can be prevented through photography should be minimized as much as possible.

I believe these careful efforts lead to guests feeling confident when booking and comfortable during their stay. As a result, they contribute to higher review ratings, stable booking rates, and maintaining pricing value.

By balancing the property’s real atmosphere with its appeal, I aim to set accurate expectations. Keeping this in mind, I carefully photograph every single shot.

b). Experience & Background
I transitioned into the vacation rental industry in 2023. As of May 2026, I have been involved with more than 150 vacation rental properties through consulting, property photography, and property management.

I also operate vacation rentals myself, and even more than a year after opening, my listing continues to maintain “Top 1% on Airbnb” status for guest ratings.

Since childhood, I have loved homes and interior design. During my student years, I lived in the United States for six years. The perspective I gained from living within another culture, my long standing interest in living spaces, and my passion for photography, which I have pursued for more than 15 years, all form the foundation of my current work.

Photography plans are determined based on the following three elements:

● Basic Photography
Building exterior, full room interior, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and major appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and microwaves.

● Amenities Photography
Cookware sets, dishes, cutlery, seasonings, shampoo bottles, amenities, laundry supplies, slippers, baby goods, etc.

● Optional Photography
Art and artwork, access routes from the nearest station, nearby shops, local attractions, etc.

Basic Photography Only

* 1DK / 2DK / 1LDK: ¥45,000
* 2LDK: ¥50,000
* 3LDK / 4LDK: ¥55,000
* 5LDK / 6LDK: ¥65,000

Basic Photography + Amenities Photography

* Studio / 1R: ¥65,000
* 1DK / 2DK / 1LDK: ¥75,000

Optional photography is quoted separately depending on the requested content.
Additional travel fees apply for out of town photography assignments.
