Minpaku Classroom: Course Overview and Enrollment Information
This Minpaku Classroom program is offered three times per year.
In addition, approximately one month before each course begins, we host a “Complete Roadmap Seminar & Information Session for Starting a Vacation Rental Business as a Side Hustle,” where prospective participants can learn about the program and apply for enrollment.
The June 2026 seminar has been confirmed with six scheduled sessions.
