返金ポリシー

宿泊予約のキャンセル・返金について
すべての施設で共通のポリシーです。
• 予約から24時間以内のキャンセルは無料です（全額返金いたします）。
• チェックインの14日前までにキャンセルされた場合もキャンセル無料で全額返金します。
 • チェックインの7〜13日前にキャンセルされた場合は、24時間のキャンセル無料期間を過ぎると、宿泊料金の50％を返金いたします。
• チェックインの7〜13日前にキャンセルされた場合は、24時間のキャンセル無料期間後は、50％の返金となります。
 • チェックインまで7日を切ってからのキャンセルは、24時間のキャンセル無料期間を過ぎた後、返金の対象外となります。
• チェックインまで7日を切ってからキャンセルされた場合は、24時間のキャンセル無料期間後は、返金はありません。

※上記いずれのキャンセルにつきましても、返金時には5％の返金手数料を差し引いた金額にてご対応させていただきます。

Regarding Accommodation Reservation Cancellations and Refunds
The following policy applies to all of our facilities:

 • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are free of charge (a full refund will be issued).
 • Cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in are also free of charge and fully refundable.
 • If you cancel 7–13 days before check-in, after the 24-hour free-cancellation period has passed, 50% of the accommodation fee will be refunded.
 • (Duplicate line in original text) If you cancel 7–13 days before check-in, after the 24-hour free-cancellation period, you will receive a 50% refund.
 • If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, after the 24-hour free-cancellation period has passed, no refund will be issued.
 • (Duplicate line in original text) If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, after the 24-hour free-cancellation period, no refund will be provided.

Note: For all cancellations listed above, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
